Welcome to the Artino Mathematics Tutoring Center

The Artino Mathematics Tutoring Center (AMTC) serves as an Academic Support and Resource center for City College undergraduate students enrolled in Math courses. We work closely with the Mathematics Department to deliver a variety of services to support student success.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Artino Mathematics Tutoring Center is to provide quality academic support to undergraduate learners of City College in the field of mathematics. Our goals are to enhance students’ metacognitive skills by using the Socratic method of tutoring to empower students to become independent life-long learners.
